Recession in these two facial bones can cause bad eyebags

A derma stamp could help restore some blood flow, and make up/ BB cream can be a good cover up. Niancinamide is also good. Also filler, fat grafting, and implants

and if its severe, then fat grafting for infras

If its a structural problem nothing u can realy do just use concelear that matches ur skin tone

U can fraud with concealer but if its ur infras then sleep more ofc and bonesmash ur infras and also use volufiline
