I woudnt go above 350 test a week and I would make test prop. Anything below 7iu is below natural production at ur age anyway but always best to blood test ur own levels so yk. Obviusly add stuff like hcg, aromisn and blood meds of ur choice. I woukd also be thinking abt low dose tren aswell

There no way you can stop the effects but u can certainly mitigate alot of them and sort it out quickly. The main focus on pct is to keep test high and estrogen low. Im not too researched on pct compound but if you dyor it should take long to find a good stack
