Animal diet, healthy stuff, no processed foods

Do all the health stuff others mentioned but also pin test and hgh on top of it

Sleeping before 23:00 a.m
Eating healthy whole foods
Avoiding completely or limiting processed foods, junk foods and snacks
Regular exercise

Sleep is probably #1, stay healthy, try to grow as much as you can in puberty because it's the best chance your going to get. Optimize your life overall and you'll thank yourself later
