I don’t have much of a routine but i just spam pull ups, push ups, and dips. I also have dumbbells but i don’t use them too much, i’m asking this because i have trouble seeing results. So is there anything i should change or add? (please don’t call me a retard and give me a straight answer 😭)
 
Solution
You’re doing the same stuff over and over, so your body got used to it and stopped progressing. Keep the pull-ups, push-ups, and dips, train a few times a week, try to beat your last reps, and use the dumbbells for rows presses and squats. Also, if you’re not eating enough or sleeping enough, you’ll look the same no matter how much you train. Give solution its the check on the right.

i got the same problem I only got 2 dumbells and I live in the middle of nowhere so no gyms around me
it truly sucks

Curl variations, bench, chest flys, shoulder press and lateral raise

yeah eating is a big problem for me. i get enough sleep i just have trouble gaining weight/muscle. i’m going to try some new things, i appreciate the advice bro. 😁👍
