Combined use creates multiple overlapping risk vectors. Summary below is exhaustive but compressed.
Cardiovascular: Oral minoxidil causes vasodilation and reflex tachycardia. Retatrutide increases resting heart rate. MT-2 raises sympathetic tone. DNP uncouples oxidative phosphorylation and increases cardiac workload. Net effect: tachycardia, hypotension, arrhythmia risk, cardiac strain. HGH adds fluid retention, increasing preload.
