It does temporarily increase chin projection by a good amount which I've noticed on my friend who did it a couple times, so honestly as long as you aren't losing braincells from doing it on the chin go ahead

nah it isnt temporary, i had a bump on my chin from a year ago, saying had cus i kinda smoothened it out now by raising the rest of the surface i think

i meant that it is at least a good method to fraud chin projection, but do you think bonesmashing has some effect on the mentalis muscle? Not too sure on this topic but perhaps it has to do with the mentalis growing and maybe through the tension of the muscle causing further projection?

muscle hypertrophy just doesnt occur from blunt trauma, although scar tissue deposition could be a contributing factor
either way, hard bumps are slowly but surely forming exactly where i want
ones that feel identical to bone thats been there for my whole life

I only bonesmash for the kawaii blush but I feel at actually does make a difference a while back I bonesmashed for about a month then stopped for a few weeks and even then my zygos looked bigger than before idk tho

i think i do like 30 seconds at most
i just hit as hard as i can a few times until pressing the bone feels like a bruise on the bone surface
chin skin seems to be able to handle it fairly well, looks the exact same on the surface
