I'm currently running HGH, teriparatide, and some other compounds that are supposed to increase bone mass and height via different pathways (open growth plates assumed).

I'm sitting at around 17–19% body fat and want to cut down to ~10–12% over the next few months.

Main concern: I know that aggressive cutting can crash IGF-1, leptin, and mess with cortisol - all of which could negatively affect bone growth and height potential.

Is there a way to cut fat while preserving (or at least not sabotaging) the gains from this stack?

What's the sweet spot in terms of:

  • Caloric deficit (how much is too much?)
  • Carb / fat minimums?
  • Supplement support?
Any experience or science-backed input would be appreciated.
