its genuinely impossible to talk to my mother's husband when all he does is argue and tell me im wrong, immediately when faced with something proving he's wrong he flips this narcissistic switch and plays the "im a bad person", "im such a bad dad", etc. and it ruins my entire mood and he manages to get me angry everytime. how do i prevent these cortisol spikes so i stop bloating?
