About 1 week ago my parents said I look gaunt and skinny. I get called skinny a lot and it doesn’t really bother me

I decided to ‘bulk’ for a week eating 1k over maintenance and now I literally look fucking horrible after less than a week I feel like shit nothing feels the same

I am still skinny fat and I’ve hardly gained any muscle

Just don’t bulk tbh

More like 18%+,anything below that will make sure you won’t end up a bloat king after your leanbulk. You will barely gain any fat from just eating 200 calories above your BMR,it would take months.
