And are there any other better alternatives?

I have a slightly bulbous nose (it's not the cartilage, it's the skin thickness), and as far as I know rhino mainly works for the bone and cartilage.

My nasal bone nd cartilage are fine, theyre narrow straight and projected; but my skin is thick and it ruins the entire look

Has anyone here tried these pls answer

Hydrocortisone can shrink it but you should also use salycilic acid to remove some blackheads and clogged pores that contributes to the nose's unnecessary volume

I use salicylic acid already for my skincare

Anyways I've heard betamethasone is much more potent than hydrocortisone although also Hella risky

What do you think

Also have you tried any one of the two yourself

I haven't tried it myself but the risks for betamethasone are higher than hydrocortisone, honestly it's your choice but I would probably recommend using only hydrocortisone because the risks aren't really worth it

accutane is honestly a better option as its fairly permanent and additonally helps with skin and hair hydro works on a minuscule and is semi-permanent unless you remain consistent 6+ months take upwards of 35mg+ of any iso/acc you should see results quicker but dont take anymore than 55mg it destroys your liver

I thought nose shrinking from accutane wasnt permanent? It usually comes back after you hop off no?
