Hey guys, quick question.
We all know IGF-1 is important for growth, but how much does it actually help your bones?
For someone around 13–15, is there a real chance to add bone mass or length, can I grow my ramus and zygos or is most of it already locked in?
Would love to hear experiences, studies, or any practical tested tips.

You'll get higher levels naturally through puberty, just practice good habits to maximise
