SERMs can slow down the fusion of growth plates by blocking ER-Alpha in your bones, I recommend getting a hand X-Ray before taking them just to make sure they havent fused yet, if theyve fused i dont think theres any need to be taking a SERM

AIs and HGH synergize way better, SERMs are used way more for PCT rather than for height enhancement, plus if you are 15 or older than 15 hgh is not gonna do anything for you really, there are also very few studies on SERMs for this purpouse, and serms can block estrogen in the growth plates and other areas, but they don't reduce circulating estrogen like other meds, and also estrogen itself plays a key role for bone health, so crashing it with SERMs it probably not the right approach, and they can also increase circulating estrogen indirectly (by boosting LH/FSH and testosterone), also, AIs have way more studies and RCTs than serms for this purpose, if i was you i would go with AIs.

using both AIs and SERMS could work, but you risk crashing estrogen way more tbh

yes the first month i was taking it without ai still makes a difference ai just delays plate closure and hgh drives the growth.
