A few days ago, it was posted a thread talking about JulesIQ and how retarded he is. I fully agree with that affirmation, but just because of a major error, you cant disregard his work. His facial muscles exercices really works, and science prove it.

Facial exercises are know for making your face look "sharper", improving your angles.

Working out the muscles in your face is like going to the gym and working your biceps. But there's some big differences, facial muscles are thin, most of them measuring only 10-20 millimeters, most of them are inserted into the skin, located in the subcutaneous tissue that originate from the skull bone or fascia.
Those characteristics make it hard to actually hypertrophy them, theres almost no way to add mechanical overload in most of the exercises. But there is no excuses, there are still some muscles you can actually apply some sort of overload and try to hypertrophy them because they are inserted into the bone, not skin, like the masseters, temporalis, mentalis and corrugator supercilii. Of course you won't be able to grow a lot, just a few mm. Taking roids helps with that.

And there are facial muscles that are inserted into soft tissue, if you want, you can try to work them out, risking having wrinkles in the area and not significant grow. The more important ones being Orbicularis Oculi and Zygomaticus Major & Minor. Roids is actually the only way to grow them out.

Working all your facial muscles also helps with the blood circulation, helping the collagen production in that area, giving a "fuller" and firmer appearence. So its intresting to try it out. I've been doing an exercise routine for 2 weeks and I can already feel some results in my masseter and mentalis. If yall want, i can keep updating yall guys abt it.

Studies used: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articl... studies have,(FMEuP) for facial rejuvenation.

YOU WILL ONLY GROW A FEW MILLIMETERS, NOTHING CRAZY. JUST TAKE ROIDS AND STOP COPING.

In the present study, a mechanical stimulation has been applied on the facial skin for 24 sessions over 8 weeks. The primary aim was to assess the clinical and macroscopic effect of mechanical stimulation on the facial skin. The secondary aim was to investigate the mechanism of action of this technique at the cellular level by measuring contractile activity of the fibroblasts and quantifying the skin changes induced by fibroblastic activity
.

Your sources are about facial sagging not working muscle for a couple of mm.
