Gatekeeping how you ascended or how your ascending is one of the most important things you have to do, because it is your duty as a member of this community to make sure no one else makes it out of the trenches. I don’t care if it’s your childhood best friend, gatekeep, gatekeep, gatekeep. It’s not only about preventing it from getting more mainstream but it’s about the fact that no one helped you when you were down, grinding, researching on any way you could improve your appearance. Your friends (if you even had any) watched you suffer with the curse bestowed upon you so why should you feel any empathy towards them or anyone for that matter.
