depends, if the nose looks inflamed because of acne isotretinoin + tretinoin and hydrocortisone will shrink the sebaceous glands making it look less wide, if you dont have acne or super congested/clogged sebaceous glands then rhino is the only option. So i guess there isn't a natural way by the definition of it.

My is cause when i was a kid i always was nosepicking so my nose got bigger cuz my fingers were always in there, it really always leads back to childhood habits
