Title. First post btw. Not sure if i am using this correctly but i kinda used reddit before so this is kinda similar kinda. I’ve thought of an idea where i buy brackets and glue online (diy braces). I won’t get a wire with to much tension but just enough to hold shape. i was thinking i would imitate a MARPE device where i put bands on my molars. I’ll have a coat hanger stretched out and have the bands attach to it. The coat wire will be bent in a way so the pressure is on my forehead and chin. Video first shows me. and my idea how i can diy marpe this. This is all diy i know. Yes i should get my money up to get a marpe. But no. My eyes also protrude out of my skull. That I know i have no control over (unless maybe i modify my swim goggles to push my eyes in more while i sleep by literally just stuffing the goggles with idk tissue and wear it while i sleep.) I am about to attend college in January. I want to look better. It’s over tho ik. But idk

neck curls (weighted) combined with brutal chin tucks (do this with mewing all time it and try to apply more pressure on roof with tongue)

if yes means you will have forward yes posture for sure (cz spine is not straight)
