high intensity is good but dont fall into "diamond gym" bullshit trap, 6-8 rep range, high weight, 2-3 sets per muscle group is peak for progressIt all depends on your goals and what your diet and supplementary diet is like. I saw you’re going natty. If you’re looking to gain muscle and strength you will see great gains in the first few months, which will gradually slow down a little. When you first start lifting you see a lot of gains early on.
I recommend heavy lifting 3-4 times a week. High intensity only.
I would make sure to supplement magnesium, zinc, creatine, vitamin D.
If you want, you can use pre. I don’t necessarily recommend it. There are alternatives e.g. eating something with carbs. This will fuel your workout.

If it’s been 2 years even with the fastest metabolism ever you should see results. Try MK to see if it increases appetite, train consistently, track every meal and DONT allow yourself to eat under your surplus, cut out all excess cardio besides maybe 20 minutes low intensity on a seated bike to keep ur cardiovascular system healthy2 years no results fast metabolism fucking annoying jfl
