You cant change cartillage but you can get it slimmer with some method i forgot the name, but also posture may help with development so it doesnt look as downturned

My nose did also look kinda downturned but its better now, but its also because of my pheno so it will look a bit gracile since im not some nord.
I not ironically, back at 2023 until now i followed Salludon's guide, it helped me lots with this orthotropics thing
