Ive been very lean in the past around 7% bodyfat and it looked better but not fully,i think its genetic since my dad also has a prominince of fat in this area,please consider i am 16 so no hardcore surgery atm

Nasolobial lines are often due to a recessed maxilla which looks like the case (fat grafting) would be needed
