Buy H202 gel

You're going to need a high concentration of hydrogen peroxide. 45% gel is best, but if you can get anything close to that, it should work well enough. You should be able to find this on Amazon for 22€~55€

  • Mouth opener

  • Handheld mirror
  • IMG_3434.jpeg
  • paper towels
  • IMG_3435.jpeg

Apply gingivial barrier

Lie down in bed, holding the handheld mirror over your face. Put a paper towel in each cheek to prevent running H202. Apply the gingivial barrier gel as shown in the photo below, and use the curing light to completely harden the gel.

Apply H202

Put a very small drop on each tooth. Make sure not to get it on your gums. If your gel is legit, getting it on the gums could cause severe burning.

15~20 minutes and remove H202 with a paper towel. Be careful not to remove the barrier gel. After removing the hydrogen peroxide, apply the H202 gel to the teeth again.

Repeat 4 x 15~20 mins and rinse out completely.

Humans naturally have a slightly yellow tint to their teeth. But some people me included dont want that yelloish look. Regular toothpaste isn’t gonna fix it either.

I did that shit now and what can i say it worked really well!
Dont forget to buy some sort of blue light of amazon for 12 bucks it will help a lot.
I burned my gums like 3 times and it still hurts a bit when i brush 5 days after but there are not white anymore so i guess thats a win.
i did it for 3 rounds 10 min each and the last round 20 min and my teeth are now like 5 shades whiter
