my midface is a lot more developed then my lower face, with a narrow recessed and downwards grown jaw and chin it makes me look weird, at least i may be able to be elegible for a trimax because of my breathing issues (currently got braces) but ill probs need implants as well

any niggas know how much forward growth is needed?
