I used to be kinda a punching bag but i just fought back now no one talks to me but its better than a punching bag. The best method is to find someone weaker than you and befriend them but embarass them in front of everyone from time to time. Not too much that they start hating you. Over time they will be the punching bag. You have to find someone extremely low t that has no friends in the first place and forgives easily. Its evil but works
