I think the absolute maximum you can take (effectively) is 160 mgs or so

But I would not recommend lol

My friend is on 60mg a day he has a perscription and his dermatologist advices him to do so lol, but for vast majority anything over 40 would be overkill

Research some more you most likely won't "need" accutane and can get results in ways with less side effects, and before the incoming "muh nose" it only "shrinks" your nose noticeably if it's inflamed or your glands are big. But go ahead if you want ig it will bring results lol.
