We are also just not made to eat whole vegetables in mass amounts for all of our diet. Vegetables are not bio-available since almost every vegetable you are eating was only recently made.

What about carbs? I hear you ask, well, carbs in the form you are thinking of are not needed, not once ever, meat has glucose and through the process of gluconeogenesis, the metabolic process of creating new glucose molecules from non-carbohydrate precursors, such as lactate, glycerol, and amino acids. We are able to maintain a stable blood glucose level.

As seen above toxicity doesn't spread evenly in the body. As Aajonus said, muscle meat contains the least amount of heavy metals. Toxicity stores the most in organs such as liver, brain (not shown here), and in fat. Quality of food matters, even when raw.

Frozen meat
“FROZEN FOOD: Freezing, like cooking, destroys nutrients. The colder foods get, the more nutrients are destroyed. Therefore it is always healthier to eat foods that have never been frozen. The nutrients in meat are especially harmed by freezing. The protein in raw meat that has been frozen is only 25% utilizable in the human body, whereas in fresh raw meat, the protein is nearly 100% utilizable. Freezing meat causes the Escherichia coli bacterium (E. coli) in meat to flourish quickly. When only frozen meat was fed to carnivores, they developed mange and other skin disorders, and sometimes scurvy. When the same meat unfrozen was fed to carnivores, they remained healthy and happy. “when I did my tests with animals, and I gave them frozen meat and frozen butter, as opposed to raw, fresh products, when I gave, I took equal amounts of cats and dogs, put them in two groups. I fed one, I had one side of beef, and I gave them the same cuts each day. They got the same cuts, but half of it, a quarter of it was frozen, the other quarter was unfrozen. And I cut the same parts out of each side, or of each quarter, gave that to those two groups. The animals that ate it frozen all developed skin disorders in six weeks. One developed scabies, so it was pretty bad, itching, drinking a lot of water. The group that got it raw, unfrozen, barely licked water, very calm, no skin disorders, nothing. They were fine. So then I knew that butter could correct any skin disorder, eat and consume. Because dogs and cats don't perspire except out their mucous membranes. They perspire out their eyes, their noses, their mouths, their tongues, their ears, and their anuses and urethra. The only place they perspire. So, I gave them the butter, I gave them frozen butter, I split that sick group up into two. And the one that was the sickest, I put in the group that got the unfrozen butter. And all of the ones that got the unfrozen butter healed five times faster than those that got the frozen butter. If I worked that out five times, that's 80% destruction of the butter.
