took 20mg today and yesterday , didnt feel too bad, definitely noticed increased concentration and was able to do work in school for once, and had very slight euphoric feelings 90ish minutes in,upping the dose tmr to 40 to see how good it is

I'll add that my focus on one task was improved e.g studying for 2 hours (slave ik) but what I didnt expect was the improved sociability that came with it, was able to talk a lot more which i suppose makes sense bc it is a stimulant, also hit a good gym sesh 8ish? hours after taking it .I'll also add that i think its xr because it lasted 10 hours overall

need to add caffeine (150mg) and nic (17mg pouch probably) in during the peak hours to see if concentration and "locked in" feeling is heightened or it just gets too much

Yeah so lisdexamphetamine gets converted into dextroamphetamine in the (liver?) , it’s a pro drug so it’s inactive until ingested, (which means no snorting ). I’d like to try dexedren so I might try getting an IR script

Also adding that even on 20mg the appetite suppression aspect is great, I didn’t feel hungry the whole day and only ate bc I had to before gym
