looking through my diary and old devices notes,
so I got my superior system to disciplinemaxx back, refined after years of filtering useless junk methods

would be dumping short notes
but 1st, let's just cover the
"Muh addy Muh Stimulants" before slothmaxx goyim start sopamming:


I was talking about the difference between adhd-stimulants basically

methylphenidate (ritalin etc.): The weakest one among all works only by inhibiting dopamine re-uptake (the clearance of dopamine from the brain after it's been released, which reduces pleasure). nerfed as shi
blocks this removal of dopamine, increasing pleasure by keeping more of it in the brain.
However, it doesn't release any dopamine on its own; you have to get it from some activity, which is hard to do with tedious task, but easy with somewhat fun tasks.

Vyanse (pure dextroamphetamine) slow release for less crash and stable levels,

Adderall (75% dextroamphetamine + 25% levoamphetamine, the inferior one that just distracts you more, psychical stimulus so more addicting,

not worth it unless you need it for physical work or just a lazy fag wanting to do the laundry or clean your room,
it tickles your muscles and motivates you to move basically
not ideal for High-IQ tasks. Pure dextroamphetamine mogs .

to get awareness back so that you stop procrastination


2. you'll do some jumping-jacks/ burpees/spriniting
basically HIT

purpose 1:
empty your hypothalamus
= more space to absorb information into short term that'll go to long term while sleeping, skill learning/ knowledge basically
empty hypothalamus doesn't mean the thing you studied just now gone btw, it stays, just think of it as extra space as I'm in no mood to explain proper nuero-chemistry


purpose 2:
more blood/oxygen/ energy for your brain
It's like meditation and the distracting task go away from mind, because HIT = empty brain thought, just like meditation, but better

so you don't procrastinate because of "muh low energy", "let it pass admit defeat" bs

Benefit: getting back to work & no wasting time, 1 hour alarm/popup block for every hour

the HIT is gonna be 2 min,\ & easy than cognitive work for cognitively fatigues brain, while your body is just rested and needs stimulas

optional:

starvemaxxing/ reducing fat, sugar from diet, cutting off dopamine and all fun activities for few days

then you can do them as a tiny part of your diet
