So many fucking methods to grow taller HGH,fixing posture, diet, sleep, etc.
But let's talk about LSJL-height growth
WHAT IS LSJL ?
LSJL for "Lateral Synovial Joint Loading" and the methods stand for increasing bone length and density.
Now the method LSJL was tested a few years ago on mouses:https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39090666/
photomicrograph of the mouse tibial growth plate (after 4 weeks of doing LSJL)
Evidence that LSJL works for height:
It can most likely to delay the growth plates to fusion, but also just making bones longer from end to end (study from testing on rats):
"Compared to the contralateral and age-matched control groups, knee loading increased the length of the femur by 2.3 and 3.5%, together with the tibia by 2.3 and 3.7% (all P < 0.001), respectively. In accordance with the length measurements, knee loading elevated BMD and BMC in both the femur and the tibia."

Now that we know that it works on rats:
Can it work for humans too ?
If we scale the bone lengths of rats to human it will be about 3 to 6 cm
Also I went to reddit and another forums if someone has ever tried this before their growth plates fused forever:
An user from 2010 has tried and he grew 1/2 inch in height:
http://www.heightquest.com/p/experimental-synovial-joint-loading.html?m=1
Also there is a whole forum about LSJL:
Now after I have looked it seems that it works for humans but it takes much more time to see results.
Conclusion
It can promote bone lengthening while plates are open but it takes up to 6 or 24 months to see the real results (gains from 3 to 6 cm in height)
Also they have used:IRWIN Quick-Grip Clamp (cost from 10 to 30 euro)
