How to make your mouth wider:

The mouth needs to be in certain dimensions and to be proportional to the face for it to be harmonious. Wide mouths are seen as dimorphic and lip shape and size contribute to this. Therefore wide mouths are seen as more attractive than small and narrow ones.
It is also worth it to note that the mouth shape is important for a masculine face, it should be angular and straight.

Preferred measurements of the mouth area would be about 1.5 to 1.6 times the width of the nose with balanced width between the nose and mouth corners. Obviously you need to have an “average” nose width for this to apply.

As you can see by the picture, the right one has a wider and more attractive mouth when morphed

There are solutions for how to widen your mouth, Some of these include:

1. Palate expanders

Increasing the width of your palate through a palate expander can result in you having a wider mouth, if your palate is very narrow you will see your mouth get wider, this is due to the fact that the inter canine length is known to impact the lip width. You won't see very much difference however, if you're palate is decently wide, which is why I recommend doing the next solution in this thread.

1. Lateral Commissuroplasty

The way this works is that the corners of your mouth are opened up and an incision made along the pink part of your lip. It is made into a new lining and a new corner point in your mouth is formed. The incision will not go past the skin lining, so you won’t end up looking like the joker
When it is done on both sides it can lead to about a 1-2 inch width difference which when done healing, can be very beneficial to your looks.

Lip Reduction Surgery: lips that are too big can make it seem that your mouth isn't wide.

Lip stretching: If you stretch your lips with a device such as a microstomia prevention device, it can look like your lips are wider, make sure you don't rip your skin though.

Nasal base reduction: If you have a nose that is too wide it could make your mouth look more narrow that what it is.
