Id say it helps for ppl w sub 45mm intermolar (if it's near 45 only needing like 4mm expansion)

Look at jawhacks for example his palate is too wide it doesn't look good at all

true but what if i add an orthodontic face mask oh and i dont know if it helps but when i was younger i had crossbite but it got fixed with invisaligns

Also ortho face mask/ headgear stuff doesn't do much after 12 esp w out marpe, w marpe may work better

I mean u can tell rn asw like dyu have a narrow palate or overcrowding and does your tongue fit Ur palate fully

Yes but obviously you shouldnt expand as much as if you had a narrow one

U shud never be getting marpe js for a bit of aesthetics if U don't have any functional issues cos it can make harmony worse by making Ur mid face look disproportionate

That's not how it works no ortho wld ever give it to him and it'd be useless if his palate was fine but clearly his is narrow so he defo needs
