I have mild to moderate acne, with oily skin and my nose has a shit ton of disgusting blackheads, its quite bulbous and oily asw

My nose for the most part has good slim cartilage and my nasal bridge is good but the skin thickness and it being oily rapes.

Will accutane help with getting really good skin + the nose? Should i stack accutane with tret and hydrocortisone asw?

Yeah you'd have to take low doses long term so the subhuman nose doesnt come back

Worthy trade off tho I'd ascend really hard after I get good skin and a slimmer nose i fucking hate my thick ass oily nasal skin

You could try what pneumo did inject lemon bottle in the tip of the nose but Accutane is a sold option

For sure will improve the aesthetics of it idk bout the size . im just starting accutane
