No BS Height Frauding​

Shoes
Wearing the right shoes is the easiest method, you can add up to 5 cms with the right ones and noone will call you out for wearing them

Spoiler: Running shoes

Asics Superblast, Hoka Bondi, Nike Air Max 270 or 720, Nike Vomero (all of these look shit, don't recommend)

Spoiler: Boots

Timberland Classic 6-Inch Premium Boot (adds 3.8 cm)

Balenciaga Strike Boots (adds 5 cm)

Spoiler: Sneakers

Nike Air Force 1 (adds 3 cm)

Balenciaga Defender (adds 5,5 cm)

Balenciaga Track (adds 4,5 cm)

Balenciaga Runner (adds 5 cm)

Height boosters
The following methods are used to add height on top of your shoes, some of them aren't noticable, everything is written there

Spoiler: Socks

Sock height boosters (adds 2-3 cm)
I'd recommend the 2 cm one since It's less visible

Spoiler: Insoles

Shoe insoles (adds 2-5 cm)
Just buy the biggest one that fits your shoes, you can always just larp posture problems and say that your doctor gave them to you if you get caught

If you get caught you might as well rope, only use if you're under 5'5" LMAO

Spoiler: Paper LMAO

You can also add carton paper under the insoles for a few extra millimeters, I see no point in this tho

Combination
Wearing 5 cm boots, with 3 cm sock height boosters inside, having orthopedic insoles inside with a 3 cm heighbooster under you can add more than 12 cms onto your height

It's also mostly for really short guys, I mean you don't even need shit above 5'10" so It very likely isn't useful to most people
