don't listen to that dumbass+he's a mtn longmidfacephiltrumunbalancedfacialthirsbigforeheadcel his harmony is sub-60 harmony and iq aswell,all sugar does EVEN NATURAL SUGARS is bloat you,cause acne,make your igf-1 receptors less sensitive cut the sugar but not entirely since it's needed for normal functioning js eat a pineapple/pomegrate a day to fullfill the body's need of sugar overdosing it may cause serious harm to you

Water,there’s no discussion as to why he’s a grifter since it’s pretty well known. Also cutting out sugar isn’t optimal,if you ever looked the works of Ray Peat you’d understand. But of course I don’t mean “Don’t cut out sugar,drink that powdered slop milk with 500g of sugar” no,I mean a healthy amount of 300g which is optimal for generally most bodily functions beside the increased IGF-1 bioavailability.

No,it’s the sodium reabsorption triggered by insulin so the core issue is sodium reuptake. Also would never happen if you know what the fuck you’re doing.

No actual fucking backing for this,so you’re saying carbohydrates impact sebum production in glands and also affect the triggering acne triggering bacteria? lol,never heard of that. Unless you explain the mechanism I would never believe that.

IGF-1 receptor sensitivity isn’t driven by glucose of directly by the effect of insulin,largely IGF-1R sensetivity is largely genetically determined. You can link an indirect correlation but unless you have IGF-1 levels of abnormal levels your IGF-1R’s won’t be affected. Also just pin tren to increase the sensitivity lmao.

Reducing total carbohydrate is poor even if it’s not completely or just half. Reduced glucose levels will guarantee a upregulation of ACTH to combat the lower blood glucose levels and conserve glycogen storage as much as possible meanwhile you’ll have lots of systemic cortisol left to cause harm. Also the general reduction will also reduce the glucose availability for converting T4->T3.
