NTmaxxing is so easy it actually hurts. All u litteraly have to do is consume normie slop(movies tv series songs etc). You just find out what media nt normies consume and thats it. Tho before NTmaxxing you have to fit the looksbias of the particular you want to fit into, otherwise just forget it
