Im getting a NHS dentist a appointment after some while soon, yet i don't want to risk any extractions or goyfodontics. My palate is a little bit narrow, and braces would also help. But I'll straight up refuse any extractions or anything that involves recession, intentionally or not. Im in no way knowledgeable in this subject, could anyone here share their experiences with NHS dentist & what to say?. Feedback preciated
