Resuming my theory, if you dont have actual time or how to use hgh, low doses (0,1mg/kg/day) of oxandrolone might help you better w your height than mk677 and shi. This increases transcription of COL1A1/COL1A2, raises fibroblast proliferation, and increases extracellular matrix deposition . The result is denser, stiffer connective tissue in bone, periosteum, ligaments, and intervertebral shit.

It mainly stops inflamation in spine discs which causes Decompression and better environment for growth along with strong connective tissue
