Ethnicity and phenotype is relatively important it gives you your bone structure, bone mass, colouring, body size etc. there may be exceptions but basically there are objective races with their phenotypes that are superior to others.

iq doesnt matter that much. high iq even gets seen as a curse.
You need motivation and dedication.
But obviously low iq is a death sentence overall

for example, an average iq male who has lots of dedication/motivation will do better than an above average iq that lacks motivation/dedication.

Yes iq correlates to more motivation/dedication BUT higher iq will mainly help with your short term memory and the abality to understand faster.
