Rhinoplasty, A little lip filler for the top lip as it is thin but it really doesn't matter at this point, maximise your neck width - its way too small relative to your jaw measurements, and idk about the eye surgery its not really needed but that's up to you and your "bp doctor". Everything else is pretty much maxxed out.

You are 100% right with neck width, FaceIQ Labs also said the same. Im now training it almost everyday! Rhinoplasy number 1 on my list
