I already do chin tucks, heavy neck curls, basic skincare routine but I recently added hyaluronic acid and vitamin c serum, I use lib balm with spf everyday and am going to add vaseline too, I also put castor oil on eyebrows and lashes, I wash my hair with water everyday and shampoo 3× a week, I go to the gym and do the ppl ul split training heavy with progressive overload, I am also trying to bulk to gain muscle, I mostly eat healthy tho, I am 16 too 1,71m and 72kg, wtf else should I do? I am sick of looking like a fucking foid ltn with no friends

if your growth plates r open then add vitamin d3,k2,collagen,zinc and magnesium w vitamin C (1000mg) before bed

Try to grow your hair out and try different styles once its long enough. As for the gym ppl/ul is very good as it has 2x frequency and is generally a fun split. But what I mostly recommend doing for your workout is to do 1-2 set for each exercise and 6-8 reps to failure, by failure meaning that you can not do another rep with full ROM .

E.g. on bench you can do 60kg for 10 reps up the weight to 65 or 70kg till you get to that 6-8 failure rep range. Before working out try to eat a few bananas for carbs, preferably 60-90 minutes before a workout. Eat in a calorie surplus of 200-300.

PLEASE make sure you are getting enough rest between workouts if you aren't getting enough rest between workouts then you won't recover properly which will lead to you progressing slower.


Also just fraud your height to like 174 cuz who cares and no one will notice much
