I already do chin tucks, heavy neck curls, basic skincare routine but I recently added hyaluronic acid and vitamin c serum, I use lib balm with spf everyday and am going to add vaseline too, I also put castor oil on eyebrows and lashes, I wash my hair with water everyday and shampoo 3× a week, I go to the gym and do the ppl ul split training heavy with progressive overload, I am also trying to bulk to gain muscle, I mostly eat healthy tho, I am 16 too 1,71m and 72kg, wtf else should I do? I am sick of looking like a fucking foid ltn with no friends
Shave coloring and make the back shorter
