Your not htn. Your cheekbones are far to low down, your lips are paper thin, your midface is longer than your forehead, one cheekbone sticks out more tgan the other, your infras look pretty recessed, your ramus looks pretty short from the front angle the only good feature I'd say you have is you have a positive canthal tilt but that only makes your eye area a little bit better considering you have a bit of upper eyelid exposure also your maxila is recessed
