NAC Tudca etc for the Test and Iso, its not a brutal amount jfl its the minimum you take when on test and iso

600 is where most would easily tolerate and gains are exponential till 600,
even further but 600 is to be on the safer side & mental effects

cycle = 600+
trt / high dose trt= 150-300
