I went to see my orthodontist and she told me I have a narrow maxilla and from what I understood the The palate expander enlarges the cheekbones, smile, lips, and nose unfortunately, bc of the nose I don't know if it will make me ascend

Motherfucker you said your nose might be reason you wouldn't ascend if you got the expander, therefore I said you should get a rhino to fix your fuckass asymmetrical nose.

It wont make a huge diffrence for your nose if you expand to a certain extend anyway
