Depends on where you are getting surgery, generally in big cities like CDMX or Monterrey, you should be fine unless it’s overly cheap, if that were the case then I would be skeptical, other than that the surgeons here are generally good from what I’ve heard, another very good alternative would be Colombia so there’s that
