I have saved plenty of finance & time from avoiding clinics. Idk about you but the idea of spending thousands of £ on letting "qualified" individuals spew nonsense to you, using expensive mechanisms all while pretending they are knowledgeable is ridiculous. The last time I went to a dermatologist she didn't even know what ZO Skin Health was; I walked out the clinic immediately.

My methodology is to use chemical compounds which are just under percentages and/or strength levels which would require a prescription, I have used prescription grade skincare in the past but regardless of extensive clinical backing you don't TRULY know what's inside of them, and don't get me started with the price tag. Any percentage shown on here is pure, I have done hours of research and know what to buy, I do not mess around with fake products that lie on their ingredient list like 95% of today's skincare industry.

AM

  • ZO Skin Health Exfoliating Cleanser [Prescription Product]
  • 10% Azelaic Acid
  • 5% Niacinamide Eye Balm
  • SPF 50+ (even though I'm Persian, I still use high level SPF, just a personal preference)
  • BB Cream (BB cream acts as a moisturiser as well as improving skin tone, although it is not enough as a standalone product for anything other than oily skin)

PM

  • ZO Skin Health Exfoliating Cleanser [Prescription Product]
  • 1.5% Retinol
  • 10% Azelaic Acid
  • Vaseline Face Mask (locks in moisture)

Weekly

  • Clay Face Mask x1/week (mostly cope, makes skin feel nice, and also provides a slight brighter colouring for the rest of the day)
  • ZO Skin Health Exfoliating Polish x2/week [Prescription Product]

Daily Aesthetic Supplement Stack

  • Cod Liver Oil x2/day (this provides me with 50% of the maximum allowance of daily vitamin A (retinol) intake, max is 10,000IU, I am at 5,000IU)
  • Vitamin C 1g (1000mg)
  • 80mg Pycnogenol
  • 400mg Magnesium, I sometimes mix with 0.3mg Melatonin, Melatonin is behind prescription wall for the most part in the UK, so a low dosage will have to suffice

*I do not take any peptides or advanced pharmaceuticals beyond natural capacities, as mentioned before my nationality gifts me with mog tier colouring so I do not need to try hard in this specific department of looks, others may have to.*

Extra Notes

I microneedle every 4 weeks at approximately 1.5mm, sticking to a 0.5mm needle length when covering sensitive areas like my under eyes and nose, maybe in the near future I will make a guide on micro-needling. Every 7 weeks I take a 1 week break from retinol & azelaic acid to avert my skin away from getting used to the chemicals.

I will finish by saying that my skin is Oily, this is an important vector to note when thinking about implementing anything here towards your own routine. I no longer get acne, however I was left with a preposterous amount of atrophic and rolling scarring after my experience with it subsided, all of which have been eviscerated with this stack within a 3 month span.

I won't be taking your advice which seems to be the same constantly recycled jargon across looksmaxxing forums,
:cage::cage::cage: ... Dude your the definition of the Dunning Kugger Effect
the last time I went to a dermatologist she didn't even know what ZO Skin Health was; I walked out the clinic immediately.
You walked out of a dermatologist cause they dint even know an Over priced brand that grabs what works n puts a label on it n sells it to retards like you who fall for marketing. I gave you a cheaper n more effective option but you seem to have this imaginary chip on your shoulder due to your sub par research.
You do realize 70% of skin care is maintaining youth indicator's, one of the biggest lever's is a retinoid, n you picked something that 10-20x weaker than trent or taz thats cost more n call "recycled jargon" the genuine retard you are

Whole time hes over paying for these products :cage:
Cameron's just nonchalant, I wouldn't waste time putting all this shit in here, when i tell you he doesn't give a flying fuck I mean it, holy cortisol spike though.

and btw he said it worked for him, so if he has seen direct results from it how is this the Dunning Kugger Effect? clearly his research has worked for him no? plus ik him irl, he doesn't pay a lot for these products, hes got the right sources and irl contacts because he actually networks, something you can only dream of.

And he wasn't recommending anything, read the title, it was just an insight into what hes using, take the knowledge how you will, don't project because your genetics are sub par, some of us don't need steroids and shit to ascend.

looksmaxxers shit on anything different than their "bible" nowadays, but fail to accept that some people just don't need the shit that you need, which clearly cameron understands and didn't give a recommendation, use your brain before posting, im only wiritng this because I actually give a shit, unlike him, he won't give you the time of day, ironically you're the one showing dunning kugger effect here lol.

Saying you've Done deep research, n than leaving a professional office due to them not knowing a specific over priced boujee brand????:cage:
Flexing plugs for Basic skin care has me caging JFL.

I simply stated a fact not n opinion on what's going to make a bigger difference over time n yes everyone will benifit from trent over retinol the literature quite states that.
did I say he recommended anything ? did I ask if he was nonchalant ?but you rambling schizophrenic tales about how you know him IRL which I could genuiley not give a fuck about :cage::cage:
looksmaxxers shit on anything different than their "bible" nowadays
No, simply giving someone a more effective option long term is bad ? dont know what point you where trying to make here.
use your brain before posting
No your jus genuinely a bigger retard than he is,
You havent attacked a single claim in my original post, n you shift the goal post to sound right, no one cares about him IRL in here n no one cares about his fucking contacts n networks but you seem to still bring them up to sound like a righteous friend having his back, but at the end you said nothing of quality jus sound like a emotional Donkey.

Saying you've Done deep research,
"I have specific goals and researched products away from the norm, applied them, and it worked for me, heres my routine"

you: "muh not enough research, muh Dunning Kugger effect, muh a licensed aesthetician who has spent years researching aesthetics doesn't know what a boujee brand is (even though they should, epsecially looking at the popularity it has in the UK), that's completely fine, you're low IQ for walking out"

please show me where he says that these products are better than tret and taz, hes just sharing his knowledge.

God forbid a nigga has a skincare routine, just stfu ragecel, and he still ain't replied to you :banderas:

A aesthetician and a dermatologist are two different fucking things:bigbrain:.

A derm studies ingredients that show clinical efficacy (AKA the most optimal) not fucking brands JFL.

muh Dunning Kugger effect
So now that you know what a dermatologist is n what they do, are they required to know a brand ??? N for some reason thinking you know better by walking out compared to someone who has read n studied clinical research for years on what chemicals work?

JFL
please show me where he says that these products are better than tret and taz, hes just sharing his knowledge.
constantly recycled jargon
again your having schizophrenia, straw manning my point won’t help you here. But referring to what works even better as “recycled jargon” automatically shows me his competence on the matter.

I’m not going back n forth with you, you’ve already lost n your trailing back to irrelevant points that don’t prove fuck n do nothing but prove my point.
