Im 14 and 186cm, my final goal is 195cm. My growthplates are still wide open and i gained 10cm from september 2024 to september 2025 (173-183). The problem is i smoke a pack a day, which slows growth or something, and im wondering if i can reach 195cm by the time my growth plates close if i sleep 9 hours a day and when hormones are the most active, btw my dad is 185cm and my mom is 180cm.

i used to smoke since im your age i grew just not very fast also when i stopped at 16 i grew 3cm but that may have no correlaction with me stopping
