Let me address the elephant in the room (the main, most said copes):

Sprinting or any athletic or type 2 muscle fibre dominant tasks - Yes sprinting can increase your natural HGH levels, and maybe, just maybe increase height to an exponential short time to an extent, but this is
because this is your bodies natural HGH secretion, which in night, pulsates and does not last long. If anything, sprinting can help you reach your genetic baseline height so say if u are 5'9 u could be maybe 5'10.5, in occasion, but it will not increase height linearly .

Sauna - JFL if you actually believe that increasing your cortisol (due to the heat of the sauna and the cortisol that blunts GH secretion) will increase height.

Bulking - (in the sense that you eat anything, ESPECIALLY GRANOLA BARS OR GRAIN PRODUCTS AND VEGETABLES - When growing, yes, you SHOULD eat more, but it needs to be clean foods, meat, milk, eggs and fruits, emphasise meat, milk and eggs. Eating vegetables and grains and expecting height growth is absolutely insane, the fact that antinutrient driven sludge, and man made toxic plants will help increase height is insane, literal juxtaposition. This is because the antinutrients bind to the nutrients (that aint even bioavailable most of the time in grains and plants in the first place), inhibiting absorption of the nutrients.
