Sun gazing ain’t cope but do it at the end of the day for less risk but look at Farmer they are in the sun all day and they all have minimal uee exposure it improve browridge aswell

I look directly at the sun for about 25-ish seconds, or until my vision gets blurry. I stop and wait until it comes back and do again. I repeat 4-6 times
