i feel empty, sometimes i get panic attacks like this, in which my breathing is perfectly fine, but my vision goes completely black and i just feel as though ive fallen into a pit of despair

these are not high pressure moments, im sitting at home, or im driving my car (literally went blind for a few seconds while driving one time but i focused as best i could)

they are extremely infrequent but intense

Bro do u get constant migraines? I have like migraines everyday that pierce my skull and when this happens I also get vision problems. My right eye just begins to have a lot of blind spots and I can’t read or see. Doesn’t happen much to since I switched my diet to mostly milk and eggs
