so I recently hopped on the primal diet but I kinda changed some things
1st:
I cook muscle meat rare, because it tastes better and the difference in nutrients isnt that noticeable, and I never freeze my meat cus according to dr aajonus vonderplanitz it kills 80percent of nutrients
sometimes I make a tartare if I feel like it
2nd:
the foods I eat raw are:
1.fish:
fish should be eaten raw just make sure its not wild caught
2.soft organs(liver and heart):
organs taste better raw imo and they NEED to be eaten raw unlike meat
3.dairy:
there's no excuse, dairy NEEDS to be raw if ure not eating it raw ure just filling your stomach with nothing
4:fats(eggs, butter, bone marrow, beef fat...etc)
3rd:
i also eat fruits cus it has fast digesting carbs so I take them before going to the gym and also when I crave something sweet
