Anatomy of the eye
The point of the eye is to take light and focus it on our optic nerve, which allow impulses to be sent to the brain and for us to perceive the world.
When our ciliary muscles contract, our suspensory ligaments relax, thus acting as antagonistic pairs.
This causes the lens to bulge, and light to focus on the retina.
In short sightedness however, the light focuses in front of the retina. This causes the brain to not be able to form the image clearly.

In short sightedness however, the light focuses in front of the retina. This causes the brain to not be able to form the image clearly.
The cause
Weak ligaments and rigid ciliary muscles.
Looking up close on phones and computers has done humanity much harm, most notable in our vision. Our ciliary muscles have been contracting for long periods of time, and our ligaments haven't been tight in a long time either.
So what is the fix? Relaxation. Think of nothing, not your food, phone or anything at all. Empty your mind.
You must learn to receive more information about your surroundings. Think about it you stare at your phone and see nothing else. But when you go out in nature your constantly notice all the different things going on.
99% of us are looking at the world through tunnel vision.
The Technique
Now that we are relaxed, we can actually get started.Take 2 perfume bottles or anything else that has words on it that are clear and visible.
This is how I set the up, one slightly behind the other and off to the side. Ideally they should be eye level but it doesn't hurt if they aren't.
Now take a few steps back or until you can just about see the words.
Point your eyes towards the words on the closer bottle, not anywhere else.
Using your peripheral vision, look at the further bottle. For those that don't know, when you see something out of the corner of your eye that is your peripheral vision.
So you're facing the first bottle but looking at the words on the one behind, you won't see it clearly but that's not the point.
Now you need to sway and rock from side to side, gently. The same way a penguin walks, but keep your feet where they are. Sway your whole body, not just your head, this movement will relax the eye.
Your eyes should start stinging, this is a great sign. Even if tears come out, don't blink. After the stinging calms down, blink and go again.
This is very important, the whole point of this is for you to learn how to see the world properly, not to get better vision. By learning to see the world correctly, which is by taking in all the information that you see peripherally, will your eyesight fix itself, because the muscles and ligaments will leave their unnatural habits you have formed from years of screens.
The bottles should hopefully become clearer, and you may be reading what's written on them. Don't solely focus your peripheral vision on the second bottle, the entire room can also help, but that is how I started. Keep your eyes pointed on the closer bottle however.
Ensure you are at a distance that actually works. Also at night your eyes have been strained the entire day, so it may be harder to do this. After waking up or in the day is easiest.
Once you have done these enough times, you will be able to relax them even at night. I personally have gotten to the point where I can be walking, look far and my eyes will start tearing. Be a bit patient, it took me a few tries to do it right, but once the stinging happens the results are immediate and addicting.
It also depends on how bad your vision is now, but I promise bhai/bhaira this method is not cope, otherwise i wouldn't be sharing it. The best thing is the immediate and undeniable effect.
